Calculator logic
Calculators use deterministic formulas based on the inputs shown on the page. Where rules, rates, or limits can change, pages are reviewed and updated when new assumptions are added to the site.
Review process
We check calculator behavior, page descriptions, links, metadata, and written guidance during site updates. High-impact topics such as tax, retirement, loans, property, and investment calculators include an additional reminder that results are general planning information only.
Corrections
